Ingredients
1lb. Chocolate
1/4lb. buter
12eggs yolk and white separated
1/3cup granulated sugar
1 orange zested + juice
Sugar for crust
Melt chocolate in bain-marie with buter add sugar srring with wooden spoon unl smooth and let cool down.
Add egg yolks 1 by 1
Whip egg whites unl firm.
Add to chocolate mixture in several mes, Fill cups and refrigerate.
